Small Group Training

Group Fitness Classes are the perfect way to get your sweat on without having to worry about planning your workout. My main focus is to challenge my clients while simultaneously  making each class accessible to all fitness levels. I offer a range of classes such as boot-camps, high-intensity interval based classes, cross training, and weight lifting! I take pride in choreographing group classes daily to keep things fresh and challenging. My focus in the group training environment is to create a safe space for women to challenge themselves and each other. Come ready to work hard & sweat!

1:1 Personal Training

Need more 1:1 attention? That's what I'm here for! I can guide you through your new healthy living lifestyle and create a plan for you that sticks. I encourage my clients to reach out to me as often as needed, I am here for YOU. My mantra with 1:1 Personal Training is to teach, encourage, and motivate you to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I will provide you the necessary tools and knowledge to help yourself and ultimately transform your life. Know that, I understand better than anyone that starting a fitness journey is easier said than done. Once you have the courage to take that first step, you can rest assured that I will be next to you the entire time; motivating you to be your best self! 

Nutrition Guidance

Unsure of where to start with Nutrition? Not to worry, I am here to help you succeed with that too! Nutrition is often a subject of much debate in the fitness community. Rest assured I have the knowledge needed to help you, and a record of success with my clients. I know everyone is different when it comes to nutrition and it is crucial to personalize meal plans. I am ALWAYS available for help when needed and encourage my clients to reach out as often as needed. As a rule of thumb, weight loss is 75% Nutrition & 25% Exercise. You must work on both to see the best results. I can get you there!
